In the last few weeks, we have been working on a plan for new working and reception methods to ensure your safety and that of our staff in preparation for the reopening: reception process, increased cleaning of cabins, access to various services.
We will contact you 48 hours prior to your arrival to inform you of the process to be followed for the taking possession of your cabin, including the time of arrival. We will also ask you the usual questions regarding your health and recent movements, and we will answer any questions you may have regarding your stay with us.
In your cabin, you will find a reminder of the measures we have put in place and our recommendations for a safe stay. If government measures prevent you from enjoying your stay, or if you or someone accompanying you is suffering from a symptom of COVIC-19, contact us to reschedule your stay.
Please note:
You should not attend if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with an infected person within the last 14 days. Upon arrival, you and your companions may be asked questions related to COVID-19. If any of you have symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with an infected person, or have travelled outside the country in the past 14 days, you may be denied access. You will be required to respect the measures in place at all times and in the event of non-compliance, employees will be authorized to intervene. Some common areas are closed or access is limited. If you have any questions, you can contact the company’s staff.
Housekeeping
Our staff has been given strict instructions on new work methods to maximize safety. Our hygiene measures are extremely reinforced, for example by increased cleaning of frequently touched surfaces and objects. Disinfectant gel dispensers are available in the cabins and at the reception.
